Welcome to Darth Rya's Maiden Shows.
You must read my rules before entering.

Notice: I only trade copies of unofficial live recordings - I do not trade or sell copies of official recordings, nor do I trade with people who sell bootlegs for a living. I trade as a heavy metal music hobbyist and as a historical researcher using Iron Maiden live recordings as research material in investigating the band's touring history.

RULES

1. If you link my site to your site, you must link this page. This is for two reasons: I need to make sure potential traders read these rules first, and I have my stat tracker on this page. So do not link my index2.htm page! Two exceptions: the Master List and the Babes/Celebs pages - you may link those directly.

2. I make every effort to help out new traders and fans. If I have something you want, and you have nothing to offer, we can still work something out. Just ask!

3. U
se only quality cdrs (Fuji, Sony, Philips, Mitsui, TDK, Taiyo Yuden). I expect quality cdrs in return.

4. If trading DVD, use only DVD-R (not DVD+R) and use brand-name media.

5. Record DAO. This means absolutely no shows with gaps or glitches between songs! Not even ever-so-subtle, barely audible, a billionth-of-a-fraction pops, clicks, gaps, or glitches between tracks! I will hear the errors and demand a replacement.

6. Warn me of any defects of your shows (TAO, incomplete show, mp3-sourced, etc.).
If your show is defective, I will demand a replacement.

7. Don't write on the discs.

8. Wrap the discs tightly and place them in protective sleeves when you send them so they don't get scratched. Never place two discs together with the recording-surfaces touching each other!

9. Send to me first if we've never traded.

10. You must send your shows to me within a month of agreeing to a trade. I take the time to get my shows out to other traders within a reasonable time, and I expect the same.

11. Use common sense in anything else I didn't mention. When in doubt, ask!

Just to warn you, I have no idea if my shows are mp3 sourced or not, though I never intentionally trade for mp3 sourced shows. If the sound quality is good and there are no gaps between tracks, that's all I care about.

I prefer to trade with people from the U.S. only, but I do make exceptions for friends and anyone who has shows on my want list. I never refuse a trade from someone in the U.S. I do 2 for 1 trades for new traders in the US and Canada (for every two blanks you give me, I return one to you with a show recorded on it; click here if you are not from North America). If you are one of those people who isn't a trader and just wants the show(s) you were at, I will provide it to you at no incentive to me if you provide the cdrs and pay for the shipping. I believe every fan should be able to have a live recording souvenir of show he or she attended.
